Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or text message.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $25.00 and estimated delivery date is 3-5 days. Also, you can choose of express shipping and the shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout according to shipping address.
* Return shipping fee is customer responsibility. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Shipment confirmation And Order tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
Cancellation
We always try our best to ship the orders as quickly as possible, once orders are shipped, they cannot be canceled.
If you need to cancel an order, please e-mail us via info@shinylightjewelryshop.com we are more than happy to assist you with your request for cancellation if it is still possible.
Once your shipment is complete, please review our return and refund policy after your item is delivered.

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
