Return and Refund Policy:

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund. Please see below for more information on our return and refund policy:

We have a 30-days return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  1. Return shipping fee is customer responsibility.
  2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  3. Upon receiving your item, the item will be inspected by our team. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
  4. To start a return, you can apply for a return request from our website. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  5. After we accepted your return request, all returns must be shipped back within 5 days of approval to be eligible for a refund.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If no claim is made within 3 days of delivery, all sales are final, and no refunds will be provided.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We always try our best to assist you as quickly as possible.
